What's a unique way you've fought body shaming?

For instance, every morning when I wake up and go brush my teeth I am forced to read a sticker in my mirror that reads "Be your own kind of beautiful". It meant nothing in the beginning, but after a few weeks I started to really appreciate waking up to that.

You're a Movie Star

These bathroom mirror reminders seem to work in different ways for other people too.

I've a really amazing friend who has a big sign pasted to their bathroom mirror that says "I'm a movie star." That's not egotistic because, if you think about it, each of us is the movie star in our own life's movie.

The point of doing this was for this person to ask themselves (probably subconsciously), "Am I doing to myself what a movie start would do to their self?"

I'm pretty sure a movie start wouldn't have eat 4 pieces of pizza tonight. Whoops.

Well, as one famous movie star said, "Well, tomorrow's another day."
